Nomination and Entry Process
1. Submit a nomination today for yourself, a colleague or industry peer in the sector. You can nominate in up to 3 categories!
To nominate, all you need to do is complete the nomination form and select the categories that are relevant to your nominee. You will be asked to complete the following information:
- Nominator Full Name
- Nominator Email Address
- Nominator Telephone Number
- Nominee Full Name
- Nominee Email Address
- Nominee Telephone Number
- Nominee Headshot
- Categories
- Nomination Statement (50 Words)
- Anonymity
Please note: a nomination is not an entry. Once the initial nomination process has closed, all nominees will be invited to submit an entry into the award categories they have been nominated for. Nominees will have 8 weeks to submit their formal entry.

2. Once the nomination period has closed, the awards will open for formal entries. All nominees will be asked to submit an entry into the award categories they have been nominated for. Nominees can enter a different category if they wish to. The entry form will ask for further detail and ask statement like questions tailored to the awards category.
3. Judging commences! Our panel of industry experts will review all entries against the category criteria and devise a shortlist of the top entries in each category.
4. Shortlist announced – our finalists will be announced on our event website and packagingnews.co.uk, in the magazine – print and online.
5. Awards night – join us at the Women in Packaging Excellence Awards for a night of networking and celebration – take part in the industry awards applauding women in the sector. The awards will be held on Thursday 10 July at Hilton Bankside, London.
Criteria & Eligibility
- The awards are open to women working in any role across the packaging supply chain including, but not limited to; design, manufacturing, engineering, research and development, supply chain, marketing, customer service, technology, finance, sales, and human resources
- Nominees may also work in roles supporting the industry, such as sustainability consulting, procurement, or project management.
- Nominees for the awards can be based internationally but should have a UK presence within their job function
- Individuals are required to nominate a colleague, yourself, a team or an organisation, which is the first stage of the process with a brief explanation for their nomination
- Up to 3 nominations per team/organisation/individual are permitted
- Once the nomination period has closed, individuals will be invited to submit a formal entry into the awards
- Entries can be made in up to 3 categories only per team/organisation/individual
- Nominees must have been working in the industry before 01st October 2023
