Sending Sample Packs?
Once you have submitted your online entry, we will send you a confirmation email that contains a unique code for each entry.
Please make sure that these codes are clearly marked on the parcel as well as each of your sample packs and any supporting material along with your company and product name.
Please note the parcel containing your sample will not be opened until the judging day so wrap your samples well to avoid any damage in transit.
What to send
Please submit at least one sample of the entire filled pack per category or three samples if you are entering Luxury Packaging Supplier category.

These must be clearly labelled with the codes provided in your confirmation email. Please only send sample products between 24 May- 4 June 2018.
Samples sent outside of the dates or unlabelled are subject to exclusion from the judging session. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that products are received by the Luxury Packaging Team as detailed above.

If you are entering perishable items, or if your sample is heavy in weight or of a large dimension, you will be asked to deliver directly to the judging venue on 5 June 2018. Please let Emma know before you send it.
For samples being sent from abroad - shipping and customs costs must be paid in full by the entrants themselves. If there is a surcharge to be paid, the entrant will be invoiced accordingly.
Please note, product samples will not be returned after judging.
Should the entrant require them to be returned, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request recollection by 29 June 2018 and to arrange a mutually convenient time and date, at the entrant’s own cost. If no instructions are received by 29 June 2018, entries will be securely disposed of after judging.
Please note, due to the judging process, it is not always possible to return all items as some may get destroyed or damaged during the judging sessions. Where this is the case, you will be informed.
